Cross-sections showing sculptural installations and worm tunnels
Innovative concept garden designed from an invertebrate's perspective with immersive experiences.

Master plan showing sculptural elements, planting zones and visitor pathways
The visitor is immersed in a world as it would be seen by invertebrates. You will be walking through a worm tunnel with towering dandelions and thistles. A not too tidy garden can attract many more nectar feeders and their larvae. This garden contains an audio tour that is delivered from animated beetle sculptures placed at key points. You will also be able to discover what a bugs eyesight looks like in a bespoke sensory pod. A mosaic of recycled coloured glass bottles is used to give an impression of the pixelated view an insect may experience. Some sculptures consisted of a simple wire framework to give an artistic impression of the loss and decline of the species. To execute this garden design I would have called upon Robin Wight to create the steel wire dandelion seed head sculptures as planned.
Let's discuss how we can create an inspiring, sustainable, wildlife-friendly garden for you.
